I think your street is too big. Maybe might help to put a pavement line on the LHS. Also maybe it can a bit dark just to contrast the street and the sky. I would have made the view from your proposed landscape looking to the street rather than what it is now as you see less of the landscape and more of the existing road. But maybe its too late for to change the view. Can you add more textures in that brwonscape if possible . The proportions seems fine though and the background is good too.
